Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFO

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Once you place an order, we will contact you to confirm your order. After confirmation we will process your order.

For non-custom products: we will process & dispatch your order within 2 working days. It will be delivered within 7 days of dispatch.

For Customized products: It may take upto 10-12 days to deliver your product after you have placed the order.

 

ORDER VERIFICATION

You will receive a confirmation Email/Call from us. Once the order is confirmed and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

ORDER PROCESSING

It normally takes 2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

ORDER SHIPPING

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to incorrect address or other unforeseen causes.
